An egg-cellent way to cook eggs.
This is my author’s statement on ‘An egg-cellent way to cook eggs’. As observed, this is a how to guide for cooking eggs. The only twist I put into this photo story is the fact that I attempted to personify the eggs by giving them expressions. Personally, I identify myself to have a dark sense of humor. Naturally, it was this dark sense of humor that inspired me to make this. I also acknowledge that not everything could be identified as a dark comedy for a how to guide. Perhaps, the audience could feel some sort of pity or sympathy for the eggs. Maybe it could be a vegan’s reason for quitting animal products. It is really open for lots of interpretation.
When making this story, my main issue lay with the fact that my camera was my phone. Getting the right resolution focus was hard since I wasn’t equipped with the most ideal set being my phone and hands. Not to mention, the condensation of the eggs often interfered with the sharpie.
